About This Program
During the programme students will develop the skills to manage and motivate an international and diverse workforce. Throughout the course, participants will take part in activities that will enhance their ability to manage different groups of employees in a multinational company and understand leadership and motivation challenges that HRM practitioners will face when a company expands internationally.
