About This Program
In this course, you’ll learn about the key issues in human resource management (HRM). You’ll gain knowledge in employment relations, workplace behaviors and the practice of good people-management. You’ll explore:
- internal and external factors that give shape to complex HR ideas and practices. This includes firm strategy, market dynamics, national and supranational governance, demographic and technological trends, and political-ideological contexts.
- HR issues from the perspective of the strategy of an individual firm, and the external context of labor markets, employment relations and employment trends.
